The Villa is the subject of a very recent total renovation which has preserved the authentic character of Apulian rural architecture. ​

The Villa consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom, a large living room, kitchen and lounge with two double sofa beds offering additional beds.

The Villa is rented entirely, with exclusive use of the internal spaces. ​

DESCRIPTION ​

Upon entering the residence, you can glimpse a modern and fully equipped kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, an electric oven, a fridge and a dishwasher. The tuff fireplace, a distinctive element of the large kitchen, adds a touch of warmth and authenticity.

The large and welcoming living room hosts two comfortable French double sofa beds which offer four additional seats for guests. The presence of a television allows you to relax and enjoy pleasant evenings of entertainment. The bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom, accessible through the bedroom, is complete with shower. The outdoor patio is ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners.

An outdoor kitchen allows you to fully enjoy the outdoor dining experience, while the solarium offers a quiet corner where you can enjoy the warmth of the sun. ​
